Frequently Asked Questions
Play
Do you have open play or are reservations required?
We do have open play! Walk-ins are welcome, but in the instance that we reach capacity, priority will be shown to those who have made a reservation on our website. We recommend making a reservation to ensure a playtime for your child.
Party
Can I host a birthday party or other private event?
Yes! You can reserve the entire playground for your next birthday party or private play date! Go here to book now!
Therapy
What funding is accepted?
We accept private insurances, AR Medicaid, TEFRA, and private pay.
I saw that you offer free screenings. What does that entail?
A screening will last approximately 15 minutes and is a time when we will ask you as the caregiver questions regarding your child and also discuss any concerns that you may have. We may also want to see your child play for a few minutes to make some observations. We will give you our professional opinion about whether or not a more thorough and extensive therapy evaluation is needed. Why should I choose Playcation as my child’s therapy provider?
True to our name, our therapy services are provided in a new and engaging space, designed by our owner (an OT with over 12 years of experience). Since a child’s primary occupation is PLAY, we believe that therapy should be centered around it. We want our clients to have fun and learn at the same time! We also believe that a child’s family knows them best and are their best advocates and support system. Therapy is not a checklist for us. We provide personalized support for children and families through additional services such as home programs and caregiver education. We want your child to succeed and we believe it takes us working as a team to meet their goals!
